If you have a medical concern, contact your care team or seek emergency care. Do not use this page for urgent medical questions — it is monitored for app support only, not for clinical advice.
Email haicompassapp@gmail.com. Please include the device you are using and, if you can, what you were doing when the problem happened. We aim to respond within a few business days.
The countdown is based on the refill date you recorded. Open Refill History to check the last recorded date, or use Reset Refill Date to correct it. The app does not receive your schedule from your clinic, so it only knows what you enter.
Check that notifications are enabled for HAI Compass in your device Settings, and that reminders are turned on under More → Notifications in the app.
Use "Forgot password" on the sign-in screen. The reset email is sent from noreply@haicompass.app — check your spam folder if it does not arrive within a few minutes.
Symptom history and refill history can be exported as a summary you can print or send. The app does not message your care team directly; contact them the way you normally would.
Yes. Under More → Companion Access you can invite a caregiver and choose their level of access. You can remove access at any time.
You can delete your account and its data from inside the app: More → Account → Delete All Data. This removes your data rather than deactivating your account.
If you cannot access the app, see the data deletion page for other ways to request deletion, including by email. Requests are processed within 30 days.
The dosing reference tools are in a separate, clinician-gated section of the app. They report a calculated result from the selected published protocol using the values entered; they do not determine the dose to prescribe or administer. Questions about the calculator, including its protocol sources and version, can be sent to the support address above.
